- We reserve the right to refuse finalization of a project to clients who are ill-mannered and/or unethical.
-We may add additional fees for last minute changes, late service addition, and rush fees.
-We will use all designs in our public portfolio(with exceptions to NDAs).

-You deserve to receive quality branding materials and be treated professionally during this M.Atura Experience.
-Your brand is entitled to a unique identity that is going to turn heads in your direction.
-You must go hard for your brand everyday!

RULES & REGULATIONS:
1) NO REFUNDS: Due to the nature of our digital services & products.
- We have a strict no refund policy. Hence, the amount of time & effort we contributed is nonrefundable.
2) REVISIONS: All Revisions Must Be Requested Within 5 Days Of Project Completion.
3) EMAILS: Final Designs Will Be Sent Via Email Only. (Must Be Provided)
4) RESPECT: Professionalism Is Our Mission. Please Be Respectful At All Times.
5) PAYMENTS: Design Payments Must Be Confirmed For Order To Be Processed.
-We Accept Payment Plans & Deposits; Contact Us Via Email For Details.
-We Prohibit Cancellations And Reimbursements On Deposits & Payment Plans.
-Deposits Must Be At Least 50% Of Your Total Balance.
-Your Total Balance Must Be At Least $200 To Be Eligible For A Payment Plan.
-A Payment Plan Can Be Scheduled Weekly, Monthly, Or Upon Your Income.
-Final Designs Will Only Be Released After 100% Paid Invoice Is Confirmed.
6) RUSH FEES & ADD-ONS: Expedited Service Needs Must Be Specified Upfront.
-We Offer Same Day Expedited Services For $15 Extra.
-We Offer 1-3 Day Expedited Services For $10 Extra.
-We Offer Unlimited Revisions To Guarantee 100% Customer Satisfaction.
-Any Revisions Requested After 5 Days Are $10 Extra.

-Partially Paid Design Previews Will Be Sent With An M. Atura Watermark.
-Est. Turnaround Time Is 5-7 Days To Ensure Special Detail & Outright Quality.
